Welcome to use the group buying services provided by kakigo (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). We fully understand the importance of your personal information and will strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Personal Information Protection Law, adhering to the "legitimate, legal, and necessary" principles to protect the security of your personal information and your privacy rights. This policy will clearly inform you how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information, as well as the relevant rights you enjoy. Except as otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, this APP will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. This APP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

2. Merchant Onboarding: Including the merchant's company name, company details and other relevant information.

1. Usage Behavior Information

Collected Information: Browsing history, search history, click behavior, page stay time, order operation records, function usage frequency.

Purpose of Use: Analyze user preferences, provide personalized recommendations for group buying products (e.g., recommend similar package group buys based on browsing history), and optimize product display and service processes.

2. Location Information

Collection Method: Location information authorized by you.

Collection Scope: Collected only when you use navigation, nearby merchant recommendations, or location-related services. You can choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Allow always"; if you choose not to allow it, location information will not be collected.

Purpose of Use: Provide accurate navigation services, recommend surrounding merchant resources (such as restaurants, hotels), and assist regulatory authorities in compliance supervision.

(III) Collection for Additional Services Based on System Permissions

To provide you with a more convenient service, we may need to request access to certain permissions on your device. You can enable or disable these permissions independently in your device settings; disabling a permission will not affect the use of basic services.

1. Camera Permission: Access the device camera to take photos for uploading profile pictures and scan QR codes to redeem orders.

2. Location Permission: Obtain location information to recommend nearby merchants and display distance information.

3. Photo Library Permission: Access the photo library to upload user avatars, post images, allow merchants to decorate their stores, and attach image materials when publishing packages.

4. Storage Permission: Read and write to external storage to save necessary app files, cache images/videos, and upload/download materials.

The above permissions are only used for the explicitly stated business purposes, and we will not collect or use any other data from your photo library without authorization.

By enabling any permission, you are deemed to have authorized us to collect the corresponding information. After disabling a permission, we will stop collecting the relevant information, but this will not affect the use of information previously collected based on your authorization.

3. Emergency Response: In the event of a security incident such as personal information leakage or tampering, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take remedial measures, and notify you of the incident and handling measures through APP pop-ups, text messages, etc. within 72 hours.

Please note that there is no absolute security in the Internet environment. You should properly keep sensitive information such as account passwords and verification codes to avoid leakage. If you find any account abnormalities, please contact customer service immediately to freeze the account.
